Poor Customer Service

I bought a new car December 2025. When I enquired about the amount due 01 February 2026 I received a statement that total amount due was R5682.58 and I was debited an amount of R8.8k. I then emailed WesBank to no avail. I have raised concern that I cannot afford the debit amount of R8.8K I can afford R5K. In my email I asked for someone from WesBank to please contact me as I cannot afford the R8.8K I was just sent a one liner in return sorry we can’t help you you have already signed a contract. I am trying to get ahold of someone at WesBank to assist me but no one is interested in assisting me. I feel like this is such poor customer service. Please can someone contact me and assist me. I am a pensioner who doesn’t earn this kind of debit order monthly.

Please contact me on *** I would like to speak to someone in this regard as I am totally confused and in the dark. The stress is too much for me I can’t even sleep at night.

Regards Anna Francina Kriel

Reviewer Update
Still no phone call. Just an email from someone named Junior and it is all just jargon to me. I need someone to please phone me. I have not received any calls. I tried to call Junior on the number in his email however someone else answered saying that they would leave him a message. This person asked for an alternative number. I gave my brand new number out and 5 min later multichoice is asking me if I would like their services. So my new number was given to them without my permission
