Poor communication and unacceptable delay on NATIS documents
I have recently paid off my vehicle financed by Wesbank. In efforts to secure my NATIS documents I get no substantial feedback or progress out of them. E-mail responses are generic, requests for info to me from them are repeated even though supp**** and my requests for specific progress are ignored. This is now going into the third month and I am very frustrated with the "stonewall" I keep hitting.

12 Apr 2022, 16:28I received my NATIS document today after direct intervention by Braiden Govender on the day of lodging my review on hellopeter. The response from confirmation of my payment to delivery of the document was well within expected waiting periods. Only problem was that I was not alerted that the document is under way, but fortunately I was at the office to receive it. Thank you Braiden!
