Please reverse this DCA
I have a DCA commission that has been charged, can this please be reversed. I have no interaction with any debt collectors at all and that amount is theft.<br> Seems wesbank is collecting extra money if you dont check your statements.<br> <br>

The DCA levy charged by Collections Solutions, a Collection agency acting on behalf of WesBank, is the result of a longstanding breach of contract as the account is not paid in accordance with the terms of the finance agreement. Several attempts have been made to conclude a suitable arrangement however these have not been successful. The Debt Collectors Act (DCA) allows a levy to be charged until such a time as the outstanding amount is paid whilst we wish to highlight that there is an instalment that is immediately due before your next instalment on 30 June 2015. You may contact Collections Solutions directly on *** or *** however a manager will try to contact you once again to clarify our position.
We trust that this is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times.
