Please help to resolve this problem is not acceptable.
I financed my bakkie with Wes Bank, the bakkie was involved in an accident Last year late November (30/11/2021) and my insurance replace the bakkie in march. While I'm waiting for the bakkie to be replaced by my insurance, I was paying my account as usual via debit order even now, why my account is in areas while I'm paying with a debit order and never skip any payment. The bakkie was replaced and Wesbank was notified by me and by the insurer. Recently when I check my account statement, only to find out my account is in areas. When i try to solve the problem by calling them and ask them to rectify the problem, NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND THEY KEEP ON TRUNSFERING ME TO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS. Only for today I spent 1 hour 10 minutes on the phone trying to solve the problem with them. They kept transferring me and keep me holding as if they are the one who called me, and after my airtime finished they don't even return the call. I'm very disappointed as I called then several time after the replacement of the bakkie to make sure everything is in order but they kept saying everything is OK but today they can't solve the problem. Other call center agent told me my bakkie was repossessed and those areas are for collection of the bakkie. When I told him that I'm still driving my bakkie and there was was no that was repossessed, he also transferred me to other department that never responded.
