Please help to change monthly instalment

This is not a complaint but a request for assistance. My husband Pierre Snyman is abroad and has been battling to change his vehicle instalment to a higher amount. Please could you change the amount on account *** to R12 250 p.m. This can be confirmed with him via mail ***. Please also confirm to me. Please note that he is not contactable via phone.
