Petunia saved the deal singlehandedly

Well, it is my only 2nd car financed by Wesbank, and I must state that the 1st deal took abt 3 wks. <br> <br> This second one, took 2 wks. Whats the difference?<br> <br> It is due to my persistence in making follow ups with both WorstBank...i mean WesBank and TitleGuard. I never cared about amount of money I spent on airtime.<br> <br> Shaunn and Dylan for WesBank and TitleGuard respectively, whilst they were all polite and respecting, I found their quality of work lacking...looking at responding to messages, keeping me informed, and giving heads-up of what to happen next. <br> <br> For this deal, the Champion is PETUNIA XHEGO, Shaunn's team leader.<br> <br> She gave me an acceptable rate when Shaunn had given me a hard to accept rate.<br> <br> Closing it off...i asked Shaunn and Dylan on an email 2 days ago AND DIDN'T FOLLOW UP WITH A CALL...just to prove that they wont reply. My query was on changing the GP registration of my car to NRB. <br> <br> 2 days after no response, i then forwarded the same email to both and now included Petunia.<br> <br> Within an hr or so, she responded...maybe Shaunn and Dylan are not at work since 2 days ago?<br> <br> She outlined the process...and thx I hadn't gone to Municipality for clarity.<br> <br> Keep it up Petunia,<br> Mbongi
