Personal information not save from 3rd party

I received a call last week from Road Protect and somehow under the pretense of being from Wesbank. They took me through their service. Now they it looks like I have approved and subscribed to them. I can no longer reach them and Wesbank have made me aware that they will deduct the subscription from them. I don't and I am not approving of that deduction on my account. This is shear ambush marketing. I am not interested in the service. Wesbank, I want to know why my personal info ended up with 3rd party company?
