Pensioner Declined Covid 19 relief assistance

I have app**** for the covid19 relief program offered by wesbank and FNB, due to my business being closed for the covid19 lockdown. I was declined, even though I have never missed 1 vehicle payment. I have banked with FNB for the last 25 years, I am truly disappointed as a client, especially being a 67 year old pensioner at the way FNB is treating me during this difficult time !!!!
