Payments not reflecting on statement

I have an account with Wesbank of which I had an outstanding amount of R69 000. I made a payment of R20 000 in June 2015. A payment of R2 000 every month from July 2015 until December 2015. Another payment of R3 000 again this January. According to my calculations I have paid them R35 000 up to date. But according to Wesbank my outstanding balance is still R61 000. No one can provide me with answers. No one is able to email me my statements so I can understand what went wrong. And no one is going to take any responsibility. What kind of service is this?
