Paul De Freitas, what is wrong with this person!!!!

The level of service I have gotten is really appalling. There is this guy named Paul De Freitas who is a team leader in Umhlanga. He is arrogant, talk to people like he is a shareholder or some **** at Wesbank, never gets back to clients, and I can say clearly ***********. At this point I do not care anymore, sometimes, people like us use humanity in our approach, but people like Paul think that they are the most important things that have ever downed this earth. A guy who cant even differentiate between a PhD graduate with Chemistry, working as a Process Chemist - but calls me a Pharmacist, has arrogance of the extreme. He should know that I am not asking for this finance deal from him personally. This is what the problem with SA is, you have people who chose their professions cause they needed jobs and fail at their basic job description. I would advice this Paul, if he has forgotten what his job is, to go back and look at why he is employed to do what he does.

The level of service I have gotten from you all is disgusting. I have never been as angry as I am right now. I am appalled!!!
