Pathetic Wesbank Service

I been having problems getting a settlement for my vehicle finance for over 2 weeks. Been shunted from pillar to post and I still don't have a settlement. I was told by call center account with legal. Legal says account with insurance. Insurance says the account not with them. All because I was medically boarded from employment and they happened to find out about it. The best thing being I have never missed a payment, never short payed or defaulted in any way. Can you believe, my account is with every other internal department of theirs and therefore they cannot help me. Now I must pay extra since they can't do their jobs.
