Pathetic Service

The Collection section of Wesbank is pathetic and no code of conduct, They always threatening clients with repossession of their cars and will send people to your working place or home to come and take the car. The arrangement made with them is not respected and don't even have remorse.. Even not to think that we are still under financial pressure from the Pandemic.. The debt review involvement is not essential to them to save their customers..
