pathetic service!!!!
would be nice if you could get some sort of feedback regarding your applications, its been 4 days since its been approved i still dont know what my rate is, the emails doesn't work, the call center just keeps ringing no answer after 21 mins of holding the line more than once, pathetic !!!!
