I would like to be contacted by a supervisor or manager asap please who is part of Wesbank Cash power loans.

I will not accept this of you people debiting my account twice and not informing me about this. It has never happened before that if a debit did not go through the previous month , you do not call me and arrange payment. I indicated to your people of which you have recorded phonecalls that I will pay R500 towards the debit amount that did not go through last month. You cannot just debit a client's account without taking that into account nor contacting the person to affirm arrangements you ignore!
