Pathetic customer service

If a person were to describe VW Finance using words it would be mulish, dense borderline primitive in their ways. I have requested to change my banking details from my personal account to business account. I have sent all relevant docs, proof of address the works and they blatantly refuse to do a simple debit order change. 1 always hears about how they are a bunch of illiterate ****ers but this takes the cake. I am again going to send the relevant docs, if you cannot do a simple debit order change, get the service manager to give me a call so I can give you a piece of my mind!
