Pathetic customer service

I had attached my bank statement for your use in which I highlighted the amount in question that was debited from my account, if you look at my bank statement you will see there was no reversal as I did not receive that amount back into my account, my Covid relief fund covered me from the month of April, May and June from which my debit order was paid to you for those months, in the month of July the debit of R3040.74 was taken from my personal account on the 26th of July 2020 as usual as shown within the attached bank statement for the month of July, I have read the statement that Wesbank has sent me and yes I see that amount was noted as unpaid on your end on the 28th of July 2020, which says to me that the fault is laying with Wesbank because the FNB consultant had shown me that there was no amount reversed from their end. This mistake has now resulted in Wesbank debiting the amount of R3040.74 from my Covid relief fund which has no funds to debit from in the first place as it had been used for the previously mentioned 3 months, this caused FNB to double debit me for my Covid relief fund payment, which they have already rectified and reversed, the problem is laying with Wesbank, this has caused me many problems as I have now had to make arrangements with other account holders, I am fully aware that my debit date with Wesbank is the 26th and my account was debited on the 26 of November as usual on top of the amount of R3040.74 on the 6th of November 2020. I have now been struggling after countless calls and emails to Wesbank, the calls either get dropped, incorrect email addresses get provided or emails that just state the matter has been escalated, I am tired of receiving a run around from Wesbank when I have emailed the proof that the error is on their side, how is it that Wesbank takes 4 months to realise my account from July was so called "in arrears" when it shows on my bank statements that the amounts were taken from my personal account and not the covid relief fund which only covered my accounts from April 2020 to June 2020. I have been diligent and loyal to my account payments to Wesbank and never missed a payment, tell me why Wesbank cannot keep to their end of things?
