pathetic and useless

<p>i am sick and tired of phoning and emailing wesbank they are charging me more than a thousand rand for insurance that they insisted i had to take!! i have now being emailing them for more than 2 weeks and phoning them requesting proof of this so called insurance, i have no insurance policy nor proof of this, and who they claim it is insured with. I am going to take this to the banking ombusdman if i do not get proofof this insurance asap</p>
