Paperwork getting lost received from Wesbank
My mom payed off het car in january and wesbank has not send the paperwork to ABSA kempton park after the full payment has been settled . First Wesbank sends someone to come pick up the car after my dad passed away . Which is ABSA's fault as the froze all the accounts after the death of my ****her and now that its payed off the hide under there name . I demand that Wesbank will resolve this problem with ABSA and give us the vehicles paperwork . And wesbank please dont lie in the future and say you have send me an email or tried to phone me cause you did not .
