Paid-Up Letter Not SIGNED and Stamped. WesBank REFUSE to sign the Letter.

When trying to register my vehicle in my name after having finished paying it off, I received a paid-up letter from WesBank along with other required documentation.

I went to the traffic department to do the registration and was told that I need a stamped, signed paid-up letter. They refused to do the registration without this.

I then emailed WesBank around a week ago. I have yet to have a response to that email. In desperation I went onto Facebook to contact them. I was helped and sent a stamped paid-up letter. Not Signed.

I then queried this and was told that WesBank do NOT sign their paid-up letters. How the hell does that make sense? The traffic department REQUIRES this. How can they refuse to sign something to transfer MY car that I have paid for?

What must I do now? I was advised by WesBank to "Go to another traffic department or try the post office." What the hell kind of service is this?

WesBank is ridiculous. They will never see another cent from me. I will be complaining to the Ombudsman. How do WesBank customers register their vehicles? Ridiculous.
