Overcharged on wesbank car finance

<p>I recieved great service from wesbank, until my first debit order came off!</p> <p>I am being overcharged on monthly debit orders for my car finance! The amount being deducted is NOT what was quoted nor what was agreed upon. On top of this I have called and emailed numerous amounts of times explaining the issue, only to be told each time that someone will call me back within 48hrs, well that has not even happend once!!!</p> <p>The service I have recieved is really sad (or what service should i say) !</p> <p>Surely by your rating on here you would have jacked yourselves up atleast a bit??!!! </p> <p>Seriously not impressed!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
