Outstanding Registration Papers

<p>I had a vehicle finance with Wesbank, monthly lisence fees and insurance on the vehicle was kept up to date. I informed my insurance that the vehicle caught on fire and burnt out totally years ago. Wesbank informed me that there was R 5000.00 oustanding on the vehicle, which i paid to obtain the registration papers on the vehicle, to date I have not received anything, I kept on payment the lisence fee to 2015 on a vehicle which should have been s****ped.</p> <p>As this is such a long time ago, reference to whom I spoke to I cannot recall. Currently at the Licensing department, this vehicle is still listed for payable lisence fees. I urgently require some assistance.</p>
