On debt review and they still want to come and fetch your vehicle - Disgusting

<p>How can you want to come and collect a vehicle when a person is on debt review?? Nothing whatsoever has been liased with me at all about the vehicle. The summons I "apparently" received and signed for was never delivered to me nor did I ever sign for anything, but according to Wesbank I received it. I have asked for proof of this and still havent received anything, I have been on debt review for a number of months and now all of a sudden all of this. What the hell Wesbank, then you turn around and say that you told me that I had to pay the arrear amount before going onto debt review, I am still waiting for proof of this as this was never communicated to me, so please also send me that proof, and just by the way if I could have afforded the arrear amounts then and there after being retrenched etc do you honestly think I would have gone onto debt review. At least I have been trying to make pmts etc, I could have just left it and not gone onto debt review, would have made my life easier but due to thinking that it would be better to honour my commitments you give me a kick up the backside instead and you still want to take my vehicle. Rather look at the people that dont honour their commitments instead of to the ones that do. </p>
