Obtaining Natis document

On 2 April 2020 I requested the original Natis document from Wes bank after I paid off my vehicle. On 7 April 2020 they emailed me requesting a DSV locker nearby, which I provided on 14 May 2020 as a DSV locker at Engen Eastway Motors Pretoria close to my home. For some or other reason they didn't make use of the DSV locker delivery and requested my home address for delivery which I supp**** on 15 May 2020, I am still waiting. I now have sold my vehicle and now urgently need the original Natis document and the paid up letter from Wes Bank. I paid the money to have it transferred from Wes bank onto my name, it is no more than a week, nevertheless the 2 years I am waiting. Service is nonexistent, if you phone their customer care it is like wasting good time, the one on the other said doesn't have a satisfactory answer and just says what he sees on the computer.
