not treated fairly

I have laid a complain with Wesbank for the false sale I got with Mega Auto in Boksburg , how can Wesbank do business with such ****** I bought a car from the in November 2017 and it has since been giving me problems and I spoke to Brendeis who was helping me with this matter but he still hasn't come with a conclusion. I want the dealer to just take back the car, Wesbank is deducting every month for a car I don't even have and they well aware of this. I feel like trusting this bank to help me as their consumer was the biggest mistake. I laid a complain on the 3rd of March and we still have no conclusion.
