Not service

I bought a vehicle in Pretoria and after many phone calls and emails to Wesbanks customer care no one has contacted me regarding my complaints. The only caring person was the guy loading my Complaint on Wesbanks system.Not one customer care phone call. Where is the service for your clients people. Very bad service,
