Not receipting refund from insurance

I had to take an insurance policy out when I purchased my vehicle. I cancelled the policy and the amount was refunded to Wesbank (compulsary). I have furnished Wesbank with the proof of deposit and had it substantiated by the insurance company, but they have not receipted the funds yet. (someone else's acccount has been credited!!!) Wesbank are usually a pleasure to deal with.
