Not helpful . Not concidering Customer Situation. Not willing to assist. Enjoys Threats

My wifes Vehicle was financed by wesbank in 2012. In 2013 My wife lost her employment. As I was in the position I have been making payments on her behalf. In 2016 I became unemployed. We managed to make payments here and there as well as survive. We obviously fell behind on the payments. Even after explaining our dire situation, Wesbank kept on threatening to reposes the vehicle. During this time I had to sell my vehicle. I found a permanent position in April 2017. My salary is a lot less but I continued with paying the vehicle on a monthly basis. I even paid more than the installment to catch up on the arrears.

At this point the vehicle finance term has ended and the balloon payment is due. We went to the dealeship with 2 options. We could Re-Finance the balloon payment or replace the current vehicle with another that was still under motorplan. We found a vehicle in very good condition that still had most of the motorplan left. The monthly payment would have been the same as the current installment. When applying for finance, Wesbank turned it down.

Here is the catch. Wesbank is threatening to reposes the vehicle, but they will not finance a replacement vehicle or the outstanding amount. Wesbank think it is much better to leave me stranded without a vehicle than to refinance me. How selfish do you want to be. Without a vehicle I cannot even get to my place of work..

What to do.... What to di
