Not helped
I had an account with Wesbank for purchasing a car, my account number was ***, and the account was settled at least more than two years ago. I requested a certificate or the letter of transfer of ownership from Wesbank, via email, so I could change the ownership into my name at the Traffic Department. The response I got was to download it from the Wesbank website or to go personally go and pick it up at Wesbank offices in Johannesburg. I tried it on the internet website, to download it, I could not win on that, as the system said I don't have an active account. Going to Jo'burg, on the other hand, is to expensive for me, for just a letter that can just be emailed to me (I live in Witbank). I sent an email to Wesbank again, for somebody to help. I have never gotten any feedback from Wesbank since. To me, this looks like somebody, or Wesbank is not interested to act on my request.
