Not happy with Wesbank service delivery

Very unhappy with the service I'm getting from Wesbank. My application for vehicle finance is already approved by MFC Nedbank, but yet I'm still waiting for Wesbank to give approval. Apparently the December salary does not match my salary advise? Well, then they need glasses, my salary advise and my bank statement correspond. Also as I have explained, once every 5 years in January I do charity work, and then I take unpaid leave. I can even provide proof of the charity work. I do have investments and have transferred over R 100k into my account for January to cover expenses. So I don't know what the problem is. My December salary does reflect in my account as per my salary advice. Im very disappointed in Wesbank, I'm a FNB Private Wealth client, and if this is the kind of service you guys deliver, then I will move all my accounts to Nedbank.
