Not getting any joy from any of the people we speak to

<p>I got retrenched at the end of April and have sent you guys all the relevant paperwork etc. Because I work overseas none of my policies wanted to pay out as they do not cover retrenchment overseas. We made a deal where we will pay 50 % of the installments for the next three months while I am searching for work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ahve sent through an email twice already to ask for a special settlement on my caravan account taking my situation in consideration as we have a cash buyer for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>The agents I have been dealing with at your pre legal department are very rude and does not want to assist us at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will really appreciate it if someone can get in touch with me so that we can sort this out asap. They gave me a settlement quote and on requesting if they can assist with a special settlement we get told no that is is and we cant assist you with anything else.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our account number is : ***6</p>
