not allowed to cancel

i bought a car from WP motors and was informed to sign on the 13.10.2016. On the 14.10.2016 i advised they must not release the car as insurance is too much considering the rist factors. The guy i delt with was Trevor. I informed him i will get bac to him on Monday. On the 17.10.2016 i cancelled the deal and asked him to check another one. I called Wesbank to make them aware, They are not assisting as well saying i Must speak to the dealer. The dealer says they cannot cancel. i signed their documents and as per clause 3.2 i can cancel within 7 days at no cost. i do not want to be part of this agreement Wesbank must intervene in this matter. i am not happy at all will esclate furhter

I do not find the above in order. I received a call from wesbank two weeks ago and i was informed i can opt for the affordable vehicle at WP motors. I have been communicating with WP motors and they do not have a vehicle available currently. Why cant wesbank allow me to find another dealer that can help. I now get a statment saying my debit order will go through on the 27th of this month. I made it clear i will not pay the 3865 for a car i dont have. No one is calling to follow up on me as the client from wesbank since i will be paying them.
