non responsive and unhelpful

i transferred money into the wrong account. you threatened to take the car away. i sent you proof of payment. you say you will reallocate it. a month later you claim you dont have the funds. i run around struggle with my bank, eventually they contact you, and you tell them you have the funds.

i start again with you,,,sending you emails...being ignored...so what is your problem really? besides being useless?
