NON RESPONSE ON QUERY - PASSING THE BUC****!!!!!

<p>I have queried the fact that my account was debited with amounts totalling almost R6200 on 10 November 2016 with WESBANK and TODATE I still do not know what these amounts were for and it seems that they are not interested in attending to the numerous correcsponce sent to their complains department, the alternative is that I go straight to the Ombudsman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER RECOMMEND WESBANK to any family or friends as they are not capable of owning up to assisting, attending to queries or taking responsibility for what they do on an account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have demanded that I get a reply on Friday, 12 May 2017 at close of business and they just don't care to respond!</p>
