Non Existent Client Service

I bought a Audi A4 in 2017. Have never skipped an installment until lockdown. My husband didn't get paid for 7 months. I tried on numerous occassions to get in touch with the bank to explain the sitution to them and make arrangements for payment.

Now the are threatening to take my car: I have spoken to Tumi from WesBank with regards to your account here are the following options below to rectify your account.

Option 1: full arrears to be paid by the 16th of Oct 2020 amount R 50,630.06

Option 2: R46,500 to be paid by the 16th of 2020

Please be advised, that If none of the above mentioned options are taken then you will have to voluntary surrender the asset.

You will then have 10 working days to contact the bank to make suitable arrangements with the bank to get the vehicle back in your possession.

now that i get hold of them they don't bother returning my calls.

What the hell is wrong with these people. I have been a loyal FNB client for nearly 30 years and this is how they treat their clients.

According to lay if i pay 100 rand they are not allowed to repo anything.

Can top management from Wesbank please have the guts to call me and stop threatening me.

ill appreciate it
