NON-EXISTANT

We paid our car off in December 2015. Since then I have been trying to get the Logbook out of them. I write a letter at least once every two months. I've never even had the courtesy of a response. Needless to say, without the logbook we cannot sell the car! Do they have a legal right to hold on to something that no longer belongs to them? I think not ......
