No word to describe this ***** of a bank

I don't even have words for Wesbank anymore. Unprofessional, ****** and so much more. Been paying via debt review since last year after paying the amount of R55 000 including all their interests and ******* they add without telling us why it has been added, cash to Wesbank. All of a sudden without any warning today they sent out the sheriff and police officers to reprocess our car. Without listening to any reasoning the car was taken by force. No reason why or even an amount that could maybe be in arrears or anything. Just a court order whereby the details of the vehicle that's on therw does not fit our vehicle details. Very very disappointed in this bank. Will never refer anyone to them or use them in future again.
