No way to talk to a human at Wesbank in an emergency

A payment was accidentally made into my wifes Wesbank account and she needs to reverse the payment as a matter of urgency. She immediately called her bank (FNB) who could not assist and was directed directly to Wesbank.

Since making the error two days ago we have called the call centre which sends her around in circles on a self help guide that doesn't answer her issue and then drops off, on Friday the phone lines were down all day, we have tried every number possible and available but it is simply impossible to talk to a human at Wesbank. We have even sent emails as the website and phone line suggests which results in an auto response that asks you to contact the self help phone line that tells you to email the address that tells you to call it, twitter tag and mention? nothing....

Can somebody please get hold of us, while we understand constraints due to COVID surely there must be a way to speak to someone, or a way that someone can answer an email at Wesbank?

Totally shocking that a company can chose to be "permanently unavailable" or set up a client system where a self service phone system tells you to send an email that then tells you to call the self service phone line that told us to send an email

We do not need a self service spiral of death, we need a human
