No Transfer of Ownership Documents

I have been unable to get Wesbank to send me documents transferring ownership of a car to me. I e-mailed the request the first time on 16 April and the second time on 24 April. I have not received any feedback from Wesbank and I have wasted enough time trying to get through to a consultant over the phone. Please courier the relevant documentation to me as per my e-mails.
