No settlement date
I had requested settlement amounts from Wesbank in October 2015. I received the first one on 21.10 for an amount of R52334.39. I then again approached them again on the 24th and told them I had a buyer who was willing to buy the car from me for R35000.00, they refused this as advised that they would settle for R41000.00<br> <br> No where on the email did it state a settlement date, nor did it indicate in how many days this was vaild for. I paid over two amounts in November amounting to R27000.00. The car which I bought was originally just short of R50000.00. I have in total paid over an amount of R48900.00. When I call during last week I was advised that the new settlement amount is R34000.00. Although I paid R14000.00 short, how is it possible that there is a R20000.00 increase on this amount.<br> <br> I am a single mother of 2, who was able to afford the car when I financed it, my financial situation has changed and Wesbank inst willing to allow me to pay the original short fall. They are making me liable for the full outstanding amount.<br> <br> Please can someone assist me. I have never purchased a car before, and I wasn't aware of the correct procedures.
