No service to talk about!!!!???

No Service to talk about!!!! When it comes to payment they have no problem to phone as many times as possible to get an answer. But as soon as you have a problem and want someone to help you, you get *********** people on the other side of the phone that put you through to as much people as they can just to pass the ball because no one can actually help you. Where is the customer service when you need it????
