No service delivery

<p>I use the self-service option on the Web site and I never got the documents I requested for thinking it a system error but now I see it was not a system error the company never gives or deliver when a customer requests for a document. On Saturday 14 Jan 17 called and requested for a document and was told I will receive it in the next minute but it's Sunday the email hasn't reached me. Very disappointed </p>
