App**** for personal finance on a vehicle.<br> After many weeks finance was approved.<br> I was informed to have the vehicle insured from the 27 April, but vehicle was on delivered on 9 May??<br> Full installment was deducted end of May, not pro rata

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and after investigating same, we wish to advise of the following.
We regret to inform you that no pro rata refund is applicable because the account was processed in accordance with the terms of the credit Agreement that was concluded whilst we do not believe that the delayed delivery was directly influenced by the Bank. We also wish to highlight that the financial liability is applicable from the commencement date with your overall obligation remaining constant.
