No one helps me with Private finance

On the 21/09/2017 i have app**** for private finance and on 22/09/2017 i have sent trough my documents that was required and i got an sms to state i was pre approved ..... till today i have not revived 1 call from wesbank to confirm the finance , it is like my application form was dumped in the trash , there is no feedback from them , i have called in each day and sometimes 3 times a day to ask what is the delay and what i must do to speed up the prosess , i am about to loose the car i want to finance , i have already put down 55k as a deposit and the people told me they want to give back my 55k because i am taking to long for the finance and they want to sell it to other people ...... i am sitting without a car and wesbank does not care at all about the finance . Is wesbank even do private finance ???? they advertise they do private finance but it does not seem like they want to assist people with private finance ... very poor of wesbank
