NO human compassion!

Can I just firstly ask, are you flippen stupid? Would have actually preferred to use better swear words but anyway. How can you in a time like this threaten to take peoples assets when THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PAY?!? Firstly when a person goes onto debt review they don't decide just to do it for the fun of it. There is actually a reason like unemployment and no form of income. Then when they ask for grace it is even more so FOR A REASON. Then you go and decide not to accept the grace period and threaten people?! Pathetic I say!!!! We are forced as a country to stay at home now for 21 days. NOT everyone is getting a form of income in this time and there is actually NOTHING we can do about it. Just have a little bit more compassion man!!! I'm not even a customer but seeing how you treat people especially in a time like this will definitely have me thinking twice in the future to ever using your service.
