no help received from consultants

<p>i have received numerous calls from wesbank consultants and when i ask them where they are calling from or to put their information in writing nobody agrees. this is very frustrating as i am trying to get more information about my account and make payments where i need to make payments. one such consultant said he is from the legal team and when i asked for details of which legal team he refused to give details and later on said he is part of wesbank and is now forwarding my request to the legal team which makes me wonder are these people really from wesbank or where exactly are they calling them as they are refusing to assist and am now exasperated </p>
