NO HELP, NO ASSISTANCE - NOTHING!!!
We had a car that was financed at Wesbank. The vehicle has been paid in full for more than 3years. We sold the car and when the buyer went to the traffic department they informed him that the need some documents from Wesbank, paid up letter, NCO form and Proxy Id. On the 31st of July 2015 we phoned Wesbank asking if the could help us with the documents. The guy at the call centre said that we can email our request to them and the costs for the courier to deliver the documents is R58.00. We immediately paid over the money and send them an email with our request together with proof of payment. On the 7th of August 2015 we received an email from Wesbank stated that the documents will be send to us but took up to 3 - 5 working days for the courier to deliver it to us. It is the 20th of August 2015 after numerous calls nobody can tell us at Wesbank call centre where the documents is what are going on everytime they just tell my husband that they will come back to us. nothing and nobody is coming back to us. The buyer of our vehicle cannot proceed to put the vehicle on his name and the licence also expired. We urgently need help with this situation!!!
