No feedback for logged query

I requested a debit order date change a few weeks ago and also expressed my dissatisfaction with the fact that the debit order was going through before the last day of the month thereby resulting in me incurring unnecessary charges. The lady who assisted me logged a query and requested the tapes wherein I specified the debit order change date. She assured me that it takes 48-72 hours for a logged query to be attended. Needless to say, it has been almost 3 weeks now and no one has come back to me.<br> <br> This type of customer service is rather unwelcomed.
