was involved in car accident on the 28/06/2015 logged my claim with my insurance on the 30th 0f june 2015 they took a month to give me feedbacl last time i spoke to them it was toward end of july and according to email sent to me they have requested you as my finance house to supplier them with original registraion papers fro my car in oder for them to transfer them money i have been following this with you guys but seems like you not willling to supplie my insurance with docments they requeire every day am getting differnt stories from your side really need to know what taking you so long to give the insurance what they want in oder for them to transfer the funds am running out of time need this thing to be sorted ASAPas still have to made another claim with my short fall insurance can someone higher give me a call and let me know whats happening
