No feed back & no reply

I sent an email to WesBank, service [Email Removed] in connection with NCO form on the 28th August 2015 , I received a reply from them with a reference *** to deposit an amount that they require so that the form can be sent by courier. <br> That I did. I sent it from FNB to the information that they gave me on the 31st August 2015 and sent them the proof of payment and the other info that they required to the email address that was given to me by them.<br> Since them I have had no response from the bank and have tried on several occasions try to contact them at that address. I them phoned *** on three consecutive days, the first day spoke to a male consultant about the problem, he said he will go into it but I must send him the document with the pop that I did to the email address of his.Today I phoned again and it was said to me that he is busy with a client and will phone me back, I gave my # and still nothing. Pleas assist Thank you Andy<br>
