NO FEED BACK FROM ALL THE CALLS THAT I MADE REGARDING A REQUEST FOR INTERVENTION FROM THEM

i submitted reports on my complaint of VW Margate and VW SA who do not want to take full responsibility to attend to my car after they have failed to fix it. I paid for the same problem last month and they promised a 1 year guarantee, now they don’t want to be liable and I don’t understand whats the rationale behind it. I then forwarded all necessary emailed information in relation to my complaint but they just ignore the issue yet Im paying for the car every month.
